This is quite normal, go to the approved hospital closer to you with a print out of your letter with IME number and a passport copy ( They asked me). Most likely you will get an appointment without any delay. Do the tests and wait for 4/5 days after the hospital upload the results. You will see...

I got the medical passed today... But no email. Just happened to check the status ( its routine) , found its updated to Passed. Though I had a medical condition years back and about which I had to do subsequent medical examinations requested from the NDVO. All happened in the last few weeks.

I got NOM, my Officer was NB. ADR response was on 24th November.
