    Seems like a quiet day today. I have confirmed with agent wether the 18 months processing time counts from the day app received or processed; he said starting the date received. 3 more weeks for me. We'll see.

    Oct 27, 2016 - still waiting. Called CIC yesterday: they read my online details to me; the agent had nothing to add except saying there are still 3 weeks to go for the 18 months processing time, and that I should wait.

    I guess at this point the processing time is irrelevant no matter how you count the days cause it keeps increasing! I simply stopped calculating cause it is frustrating. It'll come when it does!
