I am getting scared. It seems like very little room for overcoming inadmissibility in H&C. It has been 3 years already since I became inadmissible hope they will give AIP without any issues for us. my application is good as lawyer said but I think they said for everyone.

If I were you, I would not apply for PRRA while your H&C application in progress and you can stay in Canada meanwhile. You are almost there Robin. I don’t understand why they asked you right now.

No they asked everyone who hasn’t done that before or in last 10 years.

Same here, I called them they didn’t say anything specific for my application. Everything is still pending.
