What i have learned is once you do finger printing that means your application is non routine. IRCC said there 15 months processing time does not apply to non routine type of application. I hope you hear something soon.

Finally oath scheduled. For me, it took 15 months 8 days to get oath scheduled. My application was non routine. I called once when i hit 15 months then my file moved. I am not sure if my call helped but agent said she will put a note in my application. So i believe it helped. I hope few of you...

Based on my experience, they just take time but they do their job. This is not just Canada but immigration works same in other countries as well.

Looks like IRCC does oath ceremony once in a month, usually 2nd or 3rd week of each month. If your all steps are done in March then expect your oath ceremony may happen in April but nothing is guaranteed.

Today I received email to download citizenship certificate but my tracker says citizenship not started. I haven’t read the instructions completely but looks like i will download it and submit it during oath ceremony. No ceremony scheduled yet. @Ankit Jain

I think waiting is the only one option. I waited for 15 months to get everything completed. Its been 2 weeks last step oath ceremony hasn’t started yet.

I think your LPP was done in February. How long did it take you to see ceremony in tracker after your LPP was done? My LPP turned green on March 2. No updates on ceremony yet.

Sorry I should have made it more clear. I am waiting for oath invitation. Haven’t received it yet. Not sure when would that be since they told me my application falls under non-routine.

I think your application will move now. It works for me. I called them when i hit 15 months. Next day LPP was cleared. Still waiting for ceremony invitation. I don’t think MP call works here but i could be wrong though.

Let me know if you get your oath ceremony invitation. Then i might try to call MP. For me all completed except ceremony.
