does anyone know how can I contact IRCC. I called 1-888-242-2100 number but they said we are busy. My fingerprints were received on Feb 06 by IRCC but they are still not updated under my account and that's what I wanna ask them why it is taking too long for them to update my FP.

If they ask for passport, does that 100% mean visa is approved?

I am July 2021 paper applicant, received AOR in Sep. Received fingerprint request on Jan 10 Completed fingerprint on Jan 13. I check the status online and it still says waiting for fingerprint. Anyone knows how long it takes for the fingerprint to show on your online account.

I just successfully linked my app to online account. status shows approved. I landed on Dec 08. but Date shown under submitted is Jan 18, 2019. When my card will arive?
