    Reasons for Rejection

Does your letter mention the various locations where you've worked? If I were you, I'd just change the work history as technically it is the same organisation, and explain that I worked in different locations but in the same NOC (?) in the LoE.

    Medical tests

Even my empanelled hospital asked for the ITA letter when I had called pre-ITA. When I actually went for the tests after ITA and told them this is an upfront exam, they realised that the ITA letter is not required. I understand that in most countries, they give you the eMedicals information...

    Passport renewal after COPR

I understand from another thread in this forum that you can carry your old passport (containing the visa stamping) along with your new passport at the time of landing in Canada. Technically, the passport issued by your country has expired but the visa issued by Canada has not.

In the last 10 years, how many years of skilled work experience do you have?

Check this page for FSW eligibility. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/become-candidate/eligibility/federal-skilled-workers/six-selection-factors-federal-skilled-workers.html

    PCC Bahrain from India

Very informative post. Just to add to this, (i) you will have to provide copies of all your residence permits including the first RP. Only then will the PCC cover your entire stay in Bahrain; and (ii) white background photo is accepted. They did not ask me for the letter when I applied for...

Travel History entry for an ongoing trip

I think you should leave 'to' field blank (even if you made foreign trips after landing in the US). Travel history is only for foreign visits whereas under address history, you should mention all your addresses over the last ten years.

Express Entry Document Upload not asking for India PCC

There seems to be a technical glitch. My doc checklist page initially had one field to upload 2 PCCs but later had 2 separate placeholders. I suggest you scan both your PCCs into one file and upload it.

So you have CLB9+ and one (or is it two?) Bachelors degree. You should therefore be eligible for 25 points under skill transferability but EE system has not given this?

But the points for sibling being a PR is only 15. It shouldn't make a huge difference in the quality of candidates.

After I read your post, I did a quick filter on myimmitracker as well. Out of 194 PPR cases for Indians in the US, 52 received PPR within 30 days and 49 between 31-60 days. Not sure if this is directly related to H1B visa-holding IT professionals. I'm told someone based in India got their PPR in...

Proof of Funds from State Bank of India

ICICI Bank Mumbai gave me a letter confirming the balance across various SB and FD accounts though the six month average was not mentioned. INR amount will suffice.

Thi Are you referring to the degree certificate? In my case, I was not sure if my uni would send the degree certificate along with the transcripts. Upon inquiring with WES, I was told to fax a copy of my degree certificate and write my WES reference on it. This worked fine with me.

On PCC, there was an update recently. https://www.canadavisa.com/news/ircc-updates-police-certificates-requirement-for-express-entry.html PCC is now required only if you stayed in a country for six continuous months. This will make it easier for a lot of people, especially those who travel for...

I suppose the letter states that you are currently employed with the organisation. Since you only need 3 years of full time experience, this letter should suffice for CRS points. You could attach your recent pay slips, appraisal letters etc. to establish that you're still working with the...

OK. In my case, every experience certificate mentioned the city and hence my clarification in the LoE.
