The VLU is in Ottawa. Also referred to as the Operations Support Centre. My letter has both VLU and OSC.

For me, I had a first "pass" (old medical) that reverted to medical not needed. Then the second pass happened a day before my application was approved (first portal email). So, the first pass is a very good sign that your medical passed. Some have received requests for a new medical early on...

Just joining the thread...also got my first email from VLU/OSC Ottawa on November 11th. No updates yet with login credentials. My first reply was on the same day - no auto reply. Sent three emails since then, all got auto-replies. I have not raised a webform yet.

Congratulations!! And, such an ideal timeline. It's incredible how inconsistent the timelines are after replying to the portal email. I'm still waiting for login credentials since the 11th, and I know there are others who have already been waiting longer.

@Kiranarora Yes, and once you get the login info you can upload your photo and confirm address. However, as you may have noticed, there is a delay for some of us in getting that second email. I got my first portal email on the 11th and have not received a reply yet.

I'm in the same boat...got the first email on Nov. 11th, responded same day and still waiting. I believe my VO is Ottawa (Operations Support Centre). From this and other threads, it looks like it can take several weeks for credentials email - hopefully it won't take that long for us!

For me, it was the next day. But, of course, it varies...

The first medical pass doesn't send any email notice. I only saw it because logged into my account almost everyday and happened to see my medicals updated one day, then revert back to "you don't need medical...". After the second pass, I received the portal email the following day. So, it is...

No, not yet....replied to the first email right away confirming we are in Canada and the info required. From reading other threads, it looks like it can take anywhere from a few hours to a couple of weeks to get the credential to upload photo & confirm address.

Have you received your credential email yet? I got the first email yesterday (Nov. 11) and replied right away...still waiting for the credentials. My wife also got an email - should she reply as well or just wait through my email?
