Did anyone receive stamped passport recently ? Our passport was received at IRCC Delhi on Dec 30, 2021 but no updates since then.

Does IRCC also issue COPR with passport stamp and does that make the person a PR effectively while being outside of Canada ? Or is it the case that landing is required ?

We submitted my spouse's passport for stamping in India. It reached the nearest VFS VAC. Is it normal ? I thought i would go to VFS Delhi.

Putting an update here for someone else's reference. I changed my spouse from non-accompanying to accompanying. Applied for a study permit the second time, got rejected for the same reasons as the first time. But for the PR application, received PPR for her along with my COPR. Happy ending...

Approval in 6 days means PPR in 6 days. I've sent the passport for stamping today, i don't think it will take more than 10 days. I'll post here once i get it back.
