Hi All, I raised a Case Specific Enquiry (CSE) and submitted my FBI PCC on April 20th. I haven't received a response yet. Does that mean the PCC has not been attached to the application or do they sometimes not reply back?

I would say wait for a week and apply for extension. You can maybe have the application ready and submit the same if you don't see any movement.

Yes. Even when you have closed work permit, when you fill in the work permit form (for BOWP), select the option which says work permit extension with new employer and enter "To be determined" under company name.

You need not mention employer details when you are applying for BOWP. Just type in "To be determined"
