LPP & TEST are finally completed on my tracker 21st May

Finally, IRCC said everything is completed except the final decision, may I know how much time it takes to be reflected on my tracker?

LPP was completed for my partner on May 17th, and updated on the tracker today. I am still waiting for the test to be completed on my tracker. LPP and background are in progress on my daughter's tracker, the test (she is exempt) and ceremony have not started.

I contacted IRCC and the agent asked me to email IRCC saying there was tech glitch. I might have to retake the exam. Does anyone have to retake the exam due to a tech glitch? Is the same link for the exam, or MS teams with an officer or in person?
