    Near 1 month for me. N Do not enter your UCI when calling IRCC, I tried and got connected to agent. Not always, but the queue without UCI is shorter.

    The AOR is an important official document, it contains your UCI, Application #, Group # etc.. IRCC just say wait wait wait. A friend of mine Citizenship is stuck since April 2020. I recommend to send another webform with your UCI. There is no limit to Webform, you have the right to contact IRCC...

    1. Did they send an automated email that they have received your webform? They are so slow no doubt about it. But there are other cases too that have not received their AOR pdf letter. 2. UCI is unique to a person, it's the same as your COPR, same as PR card, same as Citizenship application.
