Hi there, I did biometrics at VFS Melbourne. Sorry I forgot how much it cost but i believe the fee is available on their website. The results for me and my spouse are very quick. It was like I submitted on Fri, it was reflected the next two days in the system. Hope it helps.

I've just received the 2nd reply saying that my file now is with Sydney, Australia (the 1st one I got a week ago was just a generic reply with no detail at all). From what I understand from the first page of this thread, when file transferred do local visa office, it can mean "something" right?

I am 8Feb applicant as well but you are luckier than me. I don't even know what stage I am at. My GCMS as of 8 July shows no progress at all. Webform raised - no reply. I can't call as I am outlander. So happy to hear that your eligibility is recommended pass. So cheer up.
