yea but I kept a safety margin and neither got it late nor early. 2 of my friends got theirs in late July even though there classes start in September. And the date on my invitation letter and visa is July 17th, 2011, pata nahi aik mahinay kay liye issay kidhar rakha hua tha :)

not being rude or anything of that sort, you guys should have applied AS SOON AS you received your offer letters. Good planning pays off. I prepared my documents, character certificate etc before I got my letter. I still remember some of my pals (who're stuck in the same position as you lot)...

they'll usually call you around 4 or when they're about to close. And they'll ask you to pick your stuff the next day.
