CSE is case specific inquiry , you can write to them as it already crossed 25 days of processing time , the only thing i am not sure , is it 25 Calendar days or business days , if it calendar days you are fine to inquiry if business days then should be 5 weeks before you inquiry. and other...

I applied online for my parents on 29th July and received confirmation on 3rd of Aug , after that nothing so far however few people who applied online got visa in 13 days....

Same here man...I am 5th May applicant ....medicals request 11 sept ....but no ppr as of now .... thinking to raise CSE ....

UCI and file number are two different numbers UCI assigned by CIC once your file open up File number is usually assigned by visa office once they start working on transferred file.

There is no fixed criteria for issuing PPR's i think , there is no case officer assigned for may 1st week applications.... Most of people completed with medicals and waiting for PPR's , if we see excel sheet...

I appeared for medicals in mid of September ...but still no hear from NDVO for PPR .... except they demanded me additional backgound check forms in December last week....but no response so far ...
