I tried to include everything, the more the merrier... If the file size is more, you can compress it make sure it is within the limit...

If you are referring to the PR tracker, it is updated everyday working day, roughly at 8 AM EST (not official stuff). In my case, the tracker got update in the next working day at around 8 AM EST. It may be a speculation, but it was accurate for me.

I got the PR confirmation email, but no PPR for my dependent. I think these kind of stuffs are normal. The only thing we can do right now is to wait.. I don't know how long, but hopefully we will get it.

Should be ok, as per the portal email : "If you are not sure of the exact date(s) of your entries to Canada, you can provide your best estimate."

You may get it from the passport stamp.. I found it that way.. Or else you can give an approximate date

That's strange... Once we get the PR card, is there any significance to the photo? I think they are too lazy to change the status.

The photo was taken from a photo studio, but when I uploaded the original photo to the portal, I got a message saying - 'Your photo is too dark, please edit it using a photo editing software', that's why I used Photoshop. Anyway, only thing I can do right now is to wait and see if they are...
