Is the next step after test marked as completed is they requesting for all the pages of passport? I have a couple of Qs with respect to that 1. Why do they ask for all the pages? 2. Do we have to give them the passport pages for all the passport or only the recent ones?

Did you try to get notes or call them up to see what's going on? I am guessing unless there is no major issue you know of in your app, then its too long for it to be in BG. A lot of people are done with that step specially who applied in May
