Reading at the different thread here seems like IRCC choosing random application. If there is no issue with the application, that should be processed on time. Mine is just like another case of long waiting despite everything is complete. :)

Hopefully, IRCC clears the application of all students for the May 2021 intake by 20th April. Otherwise, it will be difficult for students to schedule their travel considering a quarantine requirement.
