Medicals are actually valid for 1year. The officer will choose whether they accept old one or not.

This is incorrect. The basic forms didn’t require hand signature. It was clearly stated that we need electronic signature at the end of the application. I am sure because I have already gotten my PR through this program

If your ircc page says they are reviewing it then that’s what they are doing. If they need more information from you then they will request it. Be patient
