I think we will come to know in few hours about e-visa. As of now, Canada is not being shown in the list of countries under the "Nationality" field on e-visa application.

Thanks. Actually here in Toronto it takes almost 3-5 days for Purolator to deliver the I have opted for purolator however I cannot wait for them to deliver at home as I may miss my travel date then. I don't know if they allow to pick in such situations.

@RuchiWalia My ack date is also Oct 5 and my flight date is Nov 1. Most probably OCI will be delivered on Oct 26 at BLS. Do you know if it is allowed to collect OCI directly from BLS instead of waiting for courier? If that is possible then we may be able to make it.

Are you allowed to go to BLS and pick up OCI from there in person?

Yes they are. I just did my OCI application submission on 21st Sept

Now they have updated the oath date as June 1st 2023 in the portal. so another 1 month of wait :(

My oath ceremony was previously planned for May 2, 2023 and they cancelled it due to strike. Not sure when it will be rescheduled. Anyone in the same boat?
