I am sorry I don't understand how the title for same the job experience could change. If you put wrong title previously you can correct it and explain in LOE. IRCC can access your previous applications.

It takes about 15-20 days after the passport is submitted for stamping here in India. You get the physical copy in the mail. In GCKEY you can only see the document number of COPR once the counterfoil is generated.

Changing job title as in you got promoted?

You can mention University Name and in LOE you can explain it.

My COPR is valid until March 2023 as i appeared for remedical in March 2022.

You are required to submit this as this will be printed on your CoPR. Your package can be returned without stamp if you do not submit it.
