They don't let you in. Only by appointment. I tried earlier today.

This status would typically mean that the police folks need to update the site - it would next change to "PCC to be collected from RPO". While it is absolutely possible that it would have changed in the interim, did you follow up with Police dept local or commissioner's office? I don't believe...

Same place - I clicked on the 2nd bulleted point you mentioned above and was entering my grievance there (under the category/sub-category i had mentioned) until the system inhibited me from submitting.

My status has been "pcc need to be colllected from rpo" since Aug 24th. With the system down, there is no way of knowing if the PCC will be delivered at all and is positive. Have to submit ITA by Sep 24th. Would somebody know how or whom to reach to? Tried calling, emailing consulate but no...
