there is nothing like that but, it said that the officer has reviewed ur information and documents u provided for support of ur study permit and based on preliminary eligibity assesment, ur application has advanced to the next stage of processing

but, I heard that stage2 is more about admissibility . I have received AIP and going for online classes but can my visa refuese at stage2 based on eligibility ?

Hi, what will be the chances of rejection of second stage visa if one decided to defer to jan2021. My agent is saying that ur 2nd stage visa may gets refuesed because u have not started online classes after AIP. can this happened?
