It's just a matter of scheduling. And different offices move at different speeds.

Almost same timeline for me- everything marked completed except for oath on Nov 3, oath not started. I am expecting a few months wait at least- but maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised.

I think it showed up on the tracker about 10 days before the interview. According to the person I spoke to at IRCC, the office sent the email earlier than that. Still have no idea why I never got it- it's the only time I missed something.

Just by virtue of having received CIT 0520? I assumed my application was non-routine as well when I got the form.

I got an update today My language, residency and prohibitions were marked complete. Oath is still marked not started, but I am thrilled to see progress. It took about 4 months after the interview for everything to be updated.

I saw your post and checked my tracker-so excited to see that my final three were marked completed. Ceremony remains at not started, but it feels fantastic to get this far.
