Hello, l have same timeline too. Oct, 2019, got eligibility dated 16 Dec. as well. do you guys have dependents outside Canada? if yes, were they mentioned in the letter? My dependent was not.

finally l was able to check my status today and saw 'we started processing your application.'' l applied in nov, 2019. l cant link the application yet. is the next thing medical or what.? thanks.

l was told everything is fine but still at the early stage. l guess they have not started processing it. hmmm did you call them too. and what were you told?

l received AOR since november 2019, cant check status or update till date, even with the application number

l applied through authorized community services and posted the application myself.

l am having same issue, I submitted in October, 2019, received AOR in December, up till now l cannot check status or link my application. i have called as well and was told same as you were told. just confused somehow.
