i finished a week today. last friday i submitted at vfs Mumbai and its friday today :-) i was hoping to get it in a week

I am facing same problem of NO RECORDS FOUND. i just had a chat with customer care from vfs website. They said it is technical glitch and will get resolved today by evening.

Yes i had on 19th july. But got nothing in those. Same eligibility met and nothing else started.

you always get a reply but generally it is a standard response or the same status is mentioned what you get to hear from any call center agents. Few lucky ones do get a movement in the processing by emailing these people or GCMS. but those are really lucky people. why am i saying this is bcoz...

yes. exactly. and it is so easy to say be patient and bear with their unprofessional ism. :-(

and yet every 15 days they invite 1000s of people. when we send cse's they don't reply, we send emails to VO they give std responses. call center agents send them reminders, they send std replies. We send email to Ralph etc, they also send std responses. In short, there is no rational reason...
