I tried as well and they provided standard reply on email. My application is in DIP since 11-Dec-2020 and it has been more than 90 days from submission date.

I also got ITA. Now they would not return money as per their policy mentioned on website. if you want to continue with OINP then now you have to reject ITA and send screenshots to OINP email I’d.

Did you receive ITA under Express entry as well?
