Today I see that Oath Ceremony status has also been updated to "Completed" along with all others but overall application status is still "In-Progress".

I guess once they will receive the signed oath forms via email, they will update the status as COMPLETED.

You can't give the Oath ceremony outside of Canada. Thats the law.

Mine is more than 48 hours now but yet to get that official email. My Oath date is two weeks from now.

When is your ceremony date? Mine also updated in the tracker on this Tuesday but still no mail/ formal invitation yet. I am also waiting for this one.

You can try but they will never respond.

I also applied on Nov 2019 and I got my DM on March 2022. But I am not hopeful for my Oath Ceremony until this year end.

No one knows. It can be starting from a week to several months. If you are in 2021 batch then it will be very fast.

What about your status? If your application has DM then it should be good.

I am from the 2019 batch, waiting months after months before I got the test invite only on end of last year. I got my DM on March 2022. I don't know the exact reason for such a huge delay. Based on the current trend, Oath ceremony date depends on DM date and not on the original application filed...
