Impact on application? - left Canada right after filing the application

You're kind of dumb because there is enough evidence on this forum for CIC to identify who you are..........and I have no doubt CIC monitors and reads this forum closely. You used puralator and this was your application date: You been to Cuba which will be on your application form. Not many...

Impact on application? - left Canada right after filing the application

    1. Yes you need to inform CIC as you have a change in address and change in employment information. 2. Processing time should not be impacted - you'd be in the same queue as everyone else

CBP (US) Entry/Exit Report - New Process

    1. Personally I am not going to submit this as a supplement to CIC at this point in time, unless if otherwise asked. (My application is with them right now). If CIC really want the US entry/exit records, they can now look it up instantly by themselves with this great tool! They have my name...

January 2014 Citizenship Application - Timeline

I say just wait a couple of weeks. C-24 is nowhere close to being passed yet. But even if they lost it, think of the bright side if you resend - you would have accumulated more days in Canada and be less likely to be RQ-ed. The government says they will refund you if you paid too much...

    Urgent opinion is needed

You should still put it in the calculator. It doesn't add any additional days to the calculation. Entry/exits on the same day is counted as 0 days. Please try the calculator

How long does it take for CIC to acknowledge they received your application?

So my next question is....... if the application is sitting in the mailroom somewhere for 2-3 months from now, not entered into the system, and C-24 passes - do you think the application would be applied under the old laws or the new laws?

How long does it take for CIC to acknowledge they received your application?

How long does it take for CIC to acknowledge they received your application and put it in the system? I sent my application by courier and got notification that it was received by CIC in Sydney. So how long would it take before it's in the system and I can start tracking within CIC's system?

Applying with less than 10 days of buffer - what's your experience

Hi All Given now that C-24 has gone into its second reading, it's become even more crucial to apply as early as possible. The worst that can happen is the law passes and you could've applied. I'd like to hear from people who applied with less than 10 days of buffer: 1) Did you encounter any...
