I sent on 3rd Nov too, no updates since then

I sent them a couple reminder emails (attached payment screenshot too) but haven't seen a response from them yet. I don't think I would get it tomorrow as well since its a holiday here, so hopes on Wednesday

I believe you are an outland applicant and in that case you would also have a PR Visa on the Passport. The COPR isn't a travel document, its just a confirmation of your permanent residence application being approved. However, to travel to Canada you'll need both the PR Visa as well as the COPR...

Just to add some more context, I got an email from Etobicoke Landings prior to the approval. They wanted to verify if I'm residing in Canada currently, the current address, and first & last date of entry into Canada. A couple of hours later I was able to see the approved status on my CIC dashboard
