Update: status changed today to passport mailed. Finally.

Applied on July 2nd, at Scarborough passport office. We were told that it will be ready by 16th. On 28th our guarantor got a call for verification. However the status is still in under review. How long should it take now?

I have seen some Jan applicants posting completion.

Thanks for the reply. Update: he got his PR card by mail today. The status was updated on the previous application(original). Had to navigate it to see that status and date updated. Btw, current status is still neither available on client account services page nor on ircc gckey account.

I was able to check the status through inspect mode and saw the application status as complete on 15th March. Gc key status update date 19th March - your card is invalid (old app linked). No email no message on ircc gc key account as yet. Pr card not yet received.
