Actually no, on OINP website they stated that the wage must meet or exceed the low wage, not need to be the median one.

My hourly wage is around 20 bucks and it is the low wage level in my region. I don't think it is the factor which decides the application's eligibility the most. They will balance everything other than focus on the wage, personally! Good luck!

My status changed back to DIP today after ADR 2 on this Monday. I hope it will not be 3 weeks of waiting after DIP anymore. Fingers crossed next week good news will be arriving for everyone!

My status still showing Awaiting Information. I'm not sure my employer submit the documents or not. As of the last time I submit docs for the first ADR, it took 2 business days to get DIP status. So I think, I have to wait more.

Not really. But just in case when CIC asks for that, you will have it in advance to avoid any delays.

Actually, I have seen a case he/she applied during March intake had been requested documents during DIP. Personally, I think it will be based on each application to determine who will be asked for ADR during DIP. So the answer may be varied.
