In Quebec, this is why thought of changing the province,. Though it isn't easy considering job, housing issues everywhere.

It is ok. Sometimes they take more time. You can always call and ask for update if the processing time already passed. I got my work permit in 8 months when the processing time was 4 months only. If you are already working and the employer isn't giving you any trouble, then chill :)

Hello all, can someone share their experience of changing province. Also is it better to change province before AIP or after? I am assuming after AIP, we have to submit additional documents within 30 days alongwith medical. Please correct me if I am wrong. Thanks!

@Saznuck8 yes, bcoz I keep calling IRCC. Last time I called up, they said that the background is pending and eligibility/medical not started yet.

@Saznuck8 yes. However I submitted in May 2022 so it's a long wait already.

@Trailblazer89 Yes, this is the only portal everyone can see. Regarding other portals 1 and 2 (that you have read in the threads) are visible/applicable only after getting AIP. After AIP, IRCC sends a link to that portal. Unfortunately we can't track our application after applying online...

@Pear23 Hi dear, I have been waiting for 24 months for AIP. Do you think it's a good idea to apply for PCC now or I can get exempt as I am a failed refugee (asylum seeker). Is PCC mandatory for everyone?

Mine is also OSC. Did you apply for any exemption? We applied for medical exemption. I believe OSC for the same (as per previous comments on the forum, not 100% sure though)

It was toronto and vancouver, but now they say HM - New Ineligibility and OSC. @wello711 yours was OSC as well earlier?

I called IRCC today and they told me that my primary office - HM New Ineligibility and Secondary office - OSC operations support. Does anyone has any idea?

Hi there, Is there anyone who's waiting from May 2022. I applied ATIP last month and there seems to be no progress since June 2023. Asked MP and they said, it'll take one month to get the update :( Already passed processing time. It's really taking too long.
