Do you have a final decision date on your GC key account? If it is been 2 weeks and you are in Canada, its better to call IRCC and ask if they have already sent the Portal 1 mail and somehow not delivered to you

Have you tried calling IRCC and asked what your current Visa offices are? We were also Alberta EE PNP and had Sydney and Ottawa visa offices. After biometric on October 31 our file too was stuck, with only security not started. Later in mid January our file got transferred to London, Ontario PVO...

Jay, can you please tell from which VO you received your P1. Was it Montreal? If so, I think Montreal has got huge delay. One of my friend who responded to P1 in December beginning got his P2 only on mid February

Update Final Decision: 24th February COPR on tracker: 26th February One thing noticed is its same COPR number for main applicant and dependents
