Panel physicians are working with electronic medical system E-Medical and the results are getting submitted only through e-medical, then medical officer reviews and if no concerns you get pass status, if additional tests required you supposed to get email stating to connect to your panel...

If anyone had problem with passport delivery to VFS in Europe? Sent with registered mail, attempted to be delivered x 2, then notice was left that the package is awaiting in responsible post branch. I’m wondering if VAC personnel would go to pick it up?!

No visa stamping in passport that doesn’t have at least 12 months prior to exp date. get new passport and update your VO with copy of it using web form

I submitted required documents on CIC account on Oct 30th and only today received email : We got your document. And the line changes to : we are reviewing the documents you provided Means 1.5 months

I have the same issue, few days back medical exam pass status changed to you do not need... and the new line “we are processing your background check” appeared

our medical pass day was August 4th, 2020, but initial exam was on Nov 2019 where PA was OK , but dependent was asked for multiple additional tests and specialists, so took too long to pass.

and now the line you passed medical exam has been changed to you do not need a medical exam, I am anxious now

And today on ECAS additional line: we started processing your application on Dec 8, 2020

my last one was 1 month ago when the officer " noticed" that PA passport is valid only till July 5 which is less than 12 months validity and asked to renew the passport...

The validity of medical is 12months from PASS day, not from initial exam day.
