HI, a note to people who have tests outside Canada Finally some feedback from IRCC after 11 months of nothing....I had my test outside Canada last Aug, I noticed my paper file was transferred to a location called "Etest - from outside Canada" in Scarborough office by reading the GCMS notes...

same Feb 21 applicant, test completed last Aug 21!! physical/language/prohibition still in progress....

if I knew this will cause delay, I would definitely wait a few more days till I returned to do the test :(

I was asked to submit pp copies after the test and yes, I did test outside Canada

i don't have to submit fingerprints, BG check completed May 2021, test completed Aug 21, passport copies submitted Oct 21, no update for 9 months since test, still 3 other checks pending. Feb 21 applicants...is it test outside Canada usually will delay the process?

3 months after test to interview? but my test already 9 months ago... perhaps you mean 3 more months for interview, that means one year after test o_O how long you had your interview after test? did you have your test outside Canada?

If the old ecas shows in process, then I think is still pending. Did you send email to scarborough office and check? or reguest GCMS notes?

Hi everyone, does anyone notice the 41% for reaching "Decision Made" in this group has been static for weeks already.....!? What's happening? From my observation, looks like if your application is not moving at all within 3 months after completing the test, your file will fall into the black hole :(

HI, I also submitted G note request Dec and heard nothing yet. What do you mean processed Jan? How do you know they processed your request in Jan?

My timeline is almost exactly the same as yours, only a few days difference on each step. My last update is Aug 24, 2021 after completing the test. I was asked to submit PP copies though on early Oct and I submitted the next day. Scarborough office.
