Slightly disagree... may by my personal view.. however our SS is not having 100% application data. More likely to have applicant outside it as well or our member are to lazy to update the sheet even though they charged or may be silent reader... However by looking at the trend more likely is...

I agree with you. I really don't expect such uncertainty when they are far better in technology. They worked hard to prove as well..
