Studying at an online non-dli school on a pgwp?

Am I legally allowed to do this? And wouble there be a restriction on where and for how long I can work? Long story short, I graduated with a math degree, got my pgwp, and now I want to work as psw so I'm considering an 80% online course by Atlantic college of applied health sciences. My advisor...

If I attend a 1 year program in nb but already applied pgwp after some other program in the past, do I still qualify for nb express entry stream?

I won't be able to apply for a new pgwp in the future. Their website only states that the school must be eligible for pgwp but doesn't seem to require applicant to be eligible for pgwp? Can someone clarify? Thanks a lot...

If I complete a 2 year practical nursing program but ineligible for pgwp, will I still be qualified for nbpnp skilled worker stream.

I'm considering a nursing program. Suppose that I decide to take it, then by the time I graduate, I can't apply for pgwp because I've already applied for one in the past. The official document seems to suggest that I won't qualify for skilled worker stream because I have to be eligible for pgwp...

Why do some tech companies looking for software developers not hire PRs and only hire Canadian citizens? Is that legal?

I came across a job post by a tech company hiring software developers in Newfoundland on Indeed. I'm wondering why they don't hire non-nationals (ie they DONT even hire PRs). Can someone explain?

What would happen if an international graduate is hired by a company but later found to have lied on their resume?

I agree. But he's already done it and I was just worrying about he being inadmissible.

What would happen if an international graduate is hired by a company but later found to have lied on their resume?

He's never lied to IRCC and his pgwp wasn't based on a lie. So can he become inadmissible even if he only lied to his employer? Any historical instances? I think it will be impossible to prove that he lied to his employer though so I don't think he will.

What would happen if an international graduate is hired by a company but later found to have lied on their resume?

Thanks for your help :) :)Asking this for a relative of mine and he's an app developer. I've heard for jobs like this he would just get fired and wouldn't get sued for compensation right? What kind of jobs would cause more trouble than just getting fired?

If I've finished a 4 year and a 1 year program at two schools, then will I get only 1 year pgwp?

I think both interpretations may be correct. Different officers interpret it differently.

If I've finished a 4 year and a 1 year program at two schools, then will I get only 1 year pgwp?

Thanks. But no I never assume that and I don't know why you are saying so. I'm already clear enough, so which part do you not get? You made a couple of grammar mistakes and you aren't being clear either so idk why you're being so condescending?

If I've finished a 4 year and a 1 year program at two schools, then will I get only 1 year pgwp?

Why do I take 1y program? I changed my career plan Not really accelerated programs per se but I'm just presenting my interpretation of the sentence you quote, which I think only applies to accelerated programs and thus is not applicable to my scenario.
