No problem...i think SDS isnt Launched in sri lanka ..so their is no issue...but ye paying annual fees does increase chances of visa as intimately u bring moneg to canada...but ur profile is good..i dont see any weakness... :) GL ..i have also applied under sds on 18th October

Institute wont matter ..u will be able to get admission in the college but later on ur visa could be refused infact very high chances of refusal cos of english proficiency...dont let the agents fool you ...visa office will not grant visa on such bands...give ielts again and try to score min 5.5...

Yes visa will be rejected definitely with a score of 5 in one module...u need atleast 5.5 cos non sds requires overall 6 with no less than 5.5
