You can try emailing IRCC.DNCitSCRScheduling-ConvocationSCRCitRN.IRCC@cic.gc.ca but expect a template response "your application is in queue to be scheduled for the next event in due course" it will be 5 months in 5 days without any update after test.

After contacting IRCC, I came to know that my office is Scarborough. The customer care agent said "Everything looks good. nothing to worry. It is within the processing timeline of 26 months". o_O
