    Pause in processing FSW-O?

Seniority is not an excuse for not posting things in English, nor is the number of existing threads. If things are posted in this forum, they should be in English so everybody is included.

Hi @legalfalcon! Is this true even for FSW Inlands? I am employed but my employment did not give me points on my CRS and I do not have an LMIA.

Just received my GCMS notes. Meds were expired on September 11, renewed on October 22 on the notes, but the extension is still not showing in the portal account. Anyway I am happy that at least I've received some updates. Information about my file on my signature.

Yes, you are right, but I am not talking about backlogged PNP. I am talking about jurisdiction: Provinces have jurisdiction over Provincial Nominees. If they call them out, IRCC has to draw them out of the pool.

Well, they can't say anything about PNP anyways. PNPs are under the jurisdictions of the provinces, so if the provinces keep calling invitations, IRCC has to clear that out immediately in order not to create another backlog and, therefore, a bigger problem than the one they already have.

Foreign Lawyer wanting to immigrate to Canada - Question related to what to put in my EE application

Hi Mark. Yes, it does not matter. I did the same for my lawyer profile and my consultant said that's something very usual. They're analysing your experience and work background only.
