Hi guys, piece of good news! The embassy confirmed reception of my application on Oct 27 even though I DHL to them in March 2020, they mentioned in email processing time will be 60-75 days.

You will have to wait until the IRCC asking you to provide PCC

Oct 27, Canada embassy replied to me saying they have received my application and it will be sending to Mexican authorities if everything is correct. My fingerprints were mailed to them in March 2020

I heard some people submitted in February 2020 received PCC last month

Exactly the same situation as mine, I've sent more than 12 emails since March got none of them replied from the embassy, tried to call 55-2842-3515 nobody answered phone.

Yes, I did. The DHL tracking shows a guy called David from the embassy signed off parcel in March 2020. Have you received any human conducted email response from the same embassy?
