Did you get your newborn's birth certificate back?. I can't apply for my baby visa or oci without birth certificate copy. They said it's going to take 4 to 6 weeks to get birth certificate back. I hope it won't be that long.

Try calling them from exactly 8.29 am and after 8.30 it will connect. Try two people from two different phone. Today I got 80 in que and my husband got 129 in que. So we hang up his line and stayed in my phone and got connected in 30 minutes.
