I wish there was some way to hold them accountable.

I feel like they are deliberately holding applications so the processing time average shown on the website is longer. This gives them leeway if someone wants to dispute it.

yea that happens . I had ordered my GCMS on the 10th Jan and the date on the doc says 15th Jan and I recieved it on the 9th feb. It showed that my LPP was in progress however my language was completed on the 2nd feb lol. So even though I got my notes 3 weeks after the updates were all from when...

honestly I have no idea what’s happening. Like for myself usually LPP is always done together . But for my language was completed before and physical presence and prohibitions are in process. I don’t understand how physical presence can take so long.

yep I did. MP said the agent indicated that there are no issues with the file and that it is routine. File waiting for physical presence and prohibition. Nothing more

No update for me either. presence and prohibitions still under process. I got my GCMS notes. it shows criminality is passed. RCMP screening is done. Not sure what the hold up is just for the presence and prohibitions considering everyone gets all three done together.
