Everyone (after 100% on their progress bar) is seeing this and a hyperlink on their Applicant Information section after the update this week.

Allegedly, there were glitches on the applications Friday and Monday. Even if you saw "Application/profile updated" it may have not been so. I'm disappointed in this as well, as I've never seen any updates to my profile after my Biometrics on March 6th.

I believe that wasn't a ghost update, just a glitch. I had some issues today, had to clear the cache in order to access my application. It seems to be happening again at this time.

It depends on where you live. If you live in Canada or the US, the ECA will arrive very soon (in 2 days or less if no delays). But anywhere else, it will take some time after they dispatch it, and if they haven't dispatched it, then you can squeeze your digital ECA application by calling them...
