But of course! Just send them an email at learn@utoronto.ca, give them your information (Name, Student #, etc) and explain your situation. They will get back to you (probably after January 5th, because of their break) and let you know the next steps you should follow. There is an "additional...

If I remember correctly this does not mean that an electronic copy would be sent to you. When I talked to them, they told me that to get an electronic copy form you must send them an email with your request so that they can give you the next steps to follow. Hope this helps.

ECA from University of Toronto Comparative Education Service (CES) - My Experience

We are indeed. I called CES this week and found out they were finalizing applications that had their Step 2 completed between September 9th - 11th (according to a representative). Enjoy your winter break everyone. The dream will still be alive next year!

    EIT license

I don't know about Ontario, but in British Columbia it appears to be no issue getting an EIT with an American Bachelor's degree. I haven't gone through the process myself, but this is what I gather from what I've read.

    1) I don't remember two spaces to fill out. In my case, transcripts have a date (day/month/year) in which the degree was awarded. If there are two spaces, I believe you can put the same dates. 2) This should be okay.

Did you send your transcripts already? If you have, you should contact CES to ask about them. Normally, Step 2 is the first one to get marked as completed.

They explain everything that you have to upload. You need a passport or some other specific ID as well.

It "should" be only for new applications but they are using that as an excuse to delay earlier completed applications. I'm on that boat as well.

CES only considers one degree at a time unlike WES. If you are submitting more than one degree, CES charges you individually per assessment (one ECA for Bachelors and one for Masters). For people with 2-year Masters or less that want to get a Masters equivalency, not from North or South America...

As of today, just step 2 is listed as completed. I have high hopes for this week, which is the last week before they take a 2-week break. Other people have experienced this and get steps 1 and 3-6 completed in less than 2 days, so that's what I'm hoping for.

    1) To my best knowledge, CES only evaluates one degree at a time. So yes, while you can have them look at both your Bachelors and Masters, you would have to pay for two assessments instead of one. 2) CES, as probably all the other ECA organizations, only accepts your diploma and unofficial...

ECA from University of Toronto (CES)

I don't think anybody here can give you a straight correct answer unless they had a similar degree evaluated by CES. As a rule of thumb, I believe they compare your degree to a what a Canadian degree would look like, and those are normally 4-year Bachelors and 2-year Masters. Anything under that...

Normally people see this step addressed after 12-14 weeks after Step 2 "Transcripts Received" is completed.

Ray of Hope - 133rd Draw

Some people say that there's an increase on candidates with CRS of 470+ due to immigration being harder to the US each passing moment. If they have H1B visa normally they have a graduate degree at least since that gives more chances to get one. I don't think the cut-off is going to decrease a...

It sounds to me like you should request them to send them again because these have not reached CES yet. This time reiterate the importance of having the reference number written down correctly.

I have not done it, so I'm not sure how it works. Apparently there's a way to start an extra application with them in the My Applications menu and clicking the More Applications button. They should explain it better if you send them an email with your request.
