I had the same experience, was refereed to Cardiologist and gone through ECO and ECG and another test Serum cretinine. was worried like hell after that but passed medical in 10 days of AOR.

I had same issue, High BP twice so Doc referred me to Cardiologist. Had ECG and ECO done next day, BP was still high. had Creatinnine test as well. Was really worried after all this. But thankfully, Passed my medicals on 4th April.

You just need current address proof and Permanent address proof (in case they are different). No details/proof needed for any other city you stayed within India, its not asked anywhere in the form or otherwise. I stayed in 8 cities in last 10 years of my life and just got PCC from Gurgaon, so...

Touche, exact same case with me. Gave ielts 4 times due to 0.5 in writing. My TRF arrived on 22nd feb morning, what a bummer. And now will lose 5 point after 17th march ( another reason of disliking being old ).

Does that mean if no draw today (still clinging to hope though... God please.......waiting from December 2016), next draw will see higher CRS score?

So true. I was at 406 in 2017 but lost 5 point and was on 401 for whole year and 3 failed attempts of IELTS (needed .5 in writing in all those 3 attempts). Re-tried 4th time this February and got that freaking .5 in writing, score jumped to 459 from 401. Waiting for next draw <fingers crossed>.
