I guess they had the holiday started from Christmas until Jan 5, 2020. So everything went back to normal on Jan 6, 2020. Now, they should work on cases like normal.

Thank you for your best wishes, My VO is Sydney NS as well. My AOR is March 2, and I'm waiting for 8.5 months...but I still feel positive and confident that I will get it. Be patient!! I will let you guys know if I got it, and share my good luck for the rest of you guys who are still waiting.

Yep, I got that confusion as well. I called last month it said they are reviewing my eligibility, security is not started, but I got a wired reply from the webform that I had raised in September, and said the files had been noted and waited in a queue for an officer to review.... I called them...
