Have a quick question, what will happen if we mail CIC our passport, photos and etcs. after DM? will they take it or send it back to us??

I am drafting a letter to my MP now... tired of waiting and doing nothing... I would at least try and give it a shot.

I would not be concerned with parking tickets... as it is mostly generated by private companies not by police

Seems like CIC is busy with Jan - Feb applicants right now... as of our May and June applicants.. no news at all... too stressful

It is the files notes CIC has regarding to your application. It tells you which stage your application is at, where your file is, and all the procedures your file has been through... It might not be well updated, but it is pretty close.. you can request it through the link below...

Just received one today, nothing new

Just received the GCMS notes dated at April 18, nothing new. same as the one received 4 months ago..

Totally agree... can't move on to anything .. want to travel, but can't, because it might increase the processing time for security check even more; want to buy a home, but can't, because there is 15% foreign buyer tax; want to go to graduate school/change to a better job, sorry, still can't...

haha! XD maybe contact the MP in your area? it worked for some of us
