Just submitted a webform to check if anything further is required to make a final decision on my 2+ year old app as it is at all stages passed. Got an email immediately indicating to expect a delay in response due to high volume of requests.

Jan 2020 AOR, VO - Ottawa. Passed remeds on 13th December 2021. All stages passed pending final decision.

I had called in the first week of Jan 2022 but there wasn't any further update. Yes my additional document section says 'Not Applicable'.

Hey is there any reason you gave them time till March? Was just wondering if there’s a 2 month requirement for mandamus? And May I know what all did you mention in the webform? My app has already crossed 2 years post AOR so was trying to understand various options.

You will just have to wait for them to get back.

Remedicals passed on 13th Dec 2021 and waiting.

Has your app been finalized? While I’m not in the RFV group, my app has all stages passed with remeds passed a month back but pending final decision.
