You make it sound as if it's done in one day. While that's possible, physical presence requires them to verify against CBSA records. Language is verified against the authority that conducted the test. It's not merely an agent looking at the things you provided and hitting OK. The point being...

Yeah I am a bit confused with these comments. I thought everything except the 'Citizenship Oath' needs to be completed to be even considered for oath. Is that no the case anymore?

Cut the IRCC Vancouver office some slack. It just snowed again with means there's more skiing left in the mountains. They'll get to our applications after they're done with ski season. Of course after that it's summer so they'll be gone for that too
